IR Risk Profile Assessment
"Most IR crises were visible 90 days before they happened. The workforce knew. Management didn't."
Find out where you stand today.
You are here because something is bothering you. It may be a feeling, a pattern, or a situation that is hard to articulate — but you know it is there. We will help you decode it, quantify it, and tell you exactly what to do about it.
HOW TO USE THIS TOOL
📝
Fill all five sections below — in order. Start with Section A and work down to Section E. Sections A and B are mandatory. C, D and E significantly improve the depth of your report.
📎
Upload relevant documents in Section E below. OT reports, absenteeism records, accident reports, Safety / Canteen / Transport Committee minutes, grievance records, wage settlement letters, union notices, charter of demands, conciliation proceedings, labour court cases, CLRA audits, show-cause notices — upload as many as you have. The AI extracts specific facts from each document to sharpen your analysis.
🗂️
Work through the IR Incidents checklist in Section D below. 28 specific IR incidents across five categories — Union & Wage, Industrial Action, Workforce & Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Safety & Welfare. Tick everything that applies — even resolved or minor incidents have cost and legal implications the tool will surface.
🔒
Your data is completely safe and confidential. Nothing is stored on any server or shared with any third party. This assessment is strictly between you and HEW.
YOUR REPORT INCLUDES:
IR Risk Score Cost of Inaction Risk Predictions Benchmarking 30/60/90 Day Plan AI Strategic Analysis Senior Advisor Commentary
Section A — Organisation Profile
Enter your organisation details below.
Single plant / location: Enter the details for that plant or location only.
Multiple plants / locations: Enter combined figures — total workforce, combined payroll and turnover across all locations. The assessment will reflect the overall IR health of the organisation.
Section B — IR Severity Rating
Rate the current severity level of your IR situation across these dimensions. Select the option that most accurately reflects where things stand today — not where you would like them to be. These ratings directly determine your IR Risk Score and cost calculations. Note: Specific incidents — strikes, go-slows, legal notices, clashes — are captured separately in Section D below.
How does management hear workforce sentiment — before it reaches the union?
Not what the union is doing — but the quality of the relationship itself.
Section C — Your Problem Statement
This is the most important section. Tell us why you are here — in your own words, in plain language. What is happening on the ground? What is keeping you up at night? What triggered you to take this assessment today? Write as you would speak — do not worry about structure or language. Your exact words will appear in the report and the AI will use them, alongside your Section B inputs and documents, to build your personalised problem statement and analysis.
🔒 What you write here is strictly confidential. Your exact words will appear verbatim in your report and will be used by the AI to personalise your analysis — they will not be shared, stored, or seen by anyone else.
Section D — Active IR Incidents
This section is different from Section B. Here is how to think about it:
Section B measured how bad things are — OT levels, absenteeism trend, union activity, grievance count, safety culture — rated on a scale.
Section D captures specific incidents that have actually occurred — things a union does when it is angry: strikes, go-slows, tool-downs, gherao, protests, clashes, sabotage — plus legal and compliance events that have been triggered.
Tick everything that applies — focus on the last 12 months. If an incident occurred more than 12 months ago and has been fully resolved with no ongoing impact, leave it unticked. If it occurred more than 12 months ago but is still active, unresolved, or has recurring implications — tick it.

Section E — Upload IR Documents (optional)
The more documents you upload, the more accurate and specific your report becomes. The AI reads each document and extracts relevant IR facts — dates, amounts, legal references, worker numbers — and incorporates them into your analysis. Nothing is stored after your session ends.
